Her love for real estate has been family affair since 2001. Her brother, sister, and sister-in-law all list, sell, renovate and dwell in the Raleigh/Durham/Triangle area of NC. Her 20+ years as a successful business owner has shaped her into an effective communicator and negotiator, trusted community resource, and customer focused professional.

Committed to her local and global community, Sondra champions for the dignified treatment of children and older adults. She was a founding board member for KinGap Services of North Carolina; an organization who advocated for kinship care issues at the local, state and national levels, and successfully brought awareness, support and assistance to the growing number of grandparents and relative caregivers, raising relative’s children. When not working with buyers and sellers, Sondra is a fierce advocate for abused and neglected children. As a Guilford County Guardian ad Litem, she is a powerful and respected voice for youth in foster care.
